What is a Thermodynamic Hot Water System? |
Thermodynamic is a unique renewable solution that
creates hot water by absorbing heat energy from
the atmosphere.
Unlike traditional solar thermal systems it can provide
100% of your hot water & heating requirements without
boiler backup and even works at night and in cloudy,
cold weather.
Thermodynamic panels are filled with refrigeration
gas, the same as in an air source heat pump. Reverse
Refrigeration technology creates heat which can be
transferred into your hot water system heating circuit.
Advantages of installing Thermodynamic Solar Panels
Advantages of installing Thermodynamic Solar Panels
- Heats water to 55°C all year round
- Works in sun, wind, rain and at night
- Outstanding thermal efficiency
- Robust aluminium panels weigh only 8kg
- Straightforward installation
- Minimal maintenance
- Can be mounted vertically on walls
- Suitable for domestic and
- commercial applications
- Significantly reduces carbon emissions
How Does Thermodynamic Solar Panels Work?
How Does Thermodynamic Solar Panels Work?
The eco-friendly fluid (refrigerant) enters the panel
as a cold pressurised liquid. As it circulates inside the
panel it absorbs heat from the atmosphere and
becomes a gas. When the gas leaves the panel it is
very warm. The warm gas then passes through a
heat exchanger coil inside the water cylinder and
gives up its heat to the water. Using a refrigerant
in the panels instead of water is the secret of the
success of this system.
This single feature enables the system to harvest
heat from the atmosphere at a far higher efficiency
and at much lower ambient temperatures than
conventional water filled solar panels.
This facility, by which we link technology to a natural
law, demonstrates the veracity and potential of the
thermodynamic solar panel system.

Traditional Solar Panels and the Problems

Traditional Solar Panel Installation |
The sun does not always shine, especially in northern Europe; this is particularly true in
Britain. In the winter, on average it is only light for seven hours a day, with only three or four
hours of sunshine. This places severe limitations on the operation of traditional solar panels,
including the latest evacuated tube type collectors.
Conventional solar heating systems circulate water through glass panels to collect heat from the sun. These systems are inefficient at low temperatures and do not work at all during hours of darkness.
Todays, Thermodynamic Panels

Thermodynamic Panels |
Thermodynamic Panels uses the highly energy efficient thermal solar technology based on the
principle of the French physicist Nicholas Carnot, who discovered thermodynamics in 1840.
Thanks to this principle, the thermodynamic solar panels are capable of extracting heat from
the atmosphere during periods of sunshine, in rain, wind and even during the night. No other
type of solar panel is capable of generating hot water 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
The Thermodynamic Atmospheric Energy system is different. It is capable of taking energy from the atmosphere at temperatures as low as -15OC and it also works at night. Thermodynamic does this by utilising a refrigerant gas and reverse refrigeration technology.
Thermodynamic is capable of extracting sufficient warmth to heat a building to a comfortable temperature even on the coldest winter days. Thermodynamic has a much higher efficiency level than even the very best oil and gas builders which are typically 95% efficient. The result is clean, sustainable and low cost energy.

Why Choose Thermodynamic Solar Panels?
The Latest Generation in Solar Power – High Energy
Efficiency
This new revolutionary technology, thermodynamic solar panels does not have glass or anyother type of material that would make it fragile. It possesses a
high resistance to aggressive agents, a feature that ensures a
useful life of more than 25 years.
Flexibility of Installation and Integration with the Architecture
The panel’s lightness, weighing barely 8 kg, and an innovativefunctioning enable an installation between 0º and 90º, and its
setting up can be carried out on roofs, flat covers, facades, walls,
gardens and others.
Quick Installation
An expert technician can carry out up to two installations in asingle day, thus reducing the period and the costs associated to
the installation.
Difference between thermodynamics and heat transfer
Difference between thermodynamics and heat transfer
Thermodynamics tells us:• how much heat is transferred (dQ)
• how much work is done (dW)
• final state of the system
Heat transfer tells us:
• how (with what modes) dQ is transferred
• at what rate dQ is transferred
• temperature distribution inside the body
Cost of Solar Thermodynamic Panels in the UK
Cost of Solar Thermodynamic Panels
Hello I have done some research into the cost of thermodynamic panels for your home renewable solution for you.Current Solar Thermodynamic Panels Prices
The current estimated cost is between £6,000-£10,000 for domestic water heating systems. These are relatively priced in the current industry, but with more and more competition the price and cost of installing a thermodynamics system will come down by the start of 2013. Should you wait? well this is a gamble, as currently the government in the UK are giving £300 towards installing a thermodynamics heating system + the early adopters being able to save early on makes it a strong choice towards being now.Do you want to buy Solar Thermodynamic Panels?
